EuroCave New Zealand Returns Policy

Please review the enclosed policy carefully as it sets out your rights and obligations with respect to your EuroCave purchases from EuroCave NZ Ltd.  This Returns Policy is in addition to and is not intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Trade Practices Act or equivalent State and/or Territory legislation’s.

Incorrect or Damaged Products:

If you receive your items and they appear to be faulty or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of purchase via email at tony@eurocave.co.nz or phone 021 656 198 with your proof of purchase.

A member of our customer service team will respond to your request.  If we are unable to address your issue we will either (1) provide a replacement unit of the identical make and model as the original item ordered at no additional cost, or (2) arrange for the product to be collected and repaired at no additional cost.

Warranty Claims:

If you experience issues with your product within the warranty period, please notify us via email at tony@eurocave.co.nz or phone 021 656 198 with your proof of purchase.

A member of our customer service team will respond to your request.  If we are unable to address your issue we will either (1) provide a replacement unit of the identical make and model as the original item ordered at no additional cost, or (2) arrange for the product to be collected and repaired at no additional cost.

Warranty claims may be refused where there is evidence of unreasonable care of the product(s).

Change of Mind:

Please note that EuroCave NZ Ltd will not provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
